Heat in 30 to 40-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (not longer than 1 minute). Warning - *Do not overheat. *Do not heat for more than 1 minute. FOR COLD THERAPY: Store or place in freezer for an hour before use. Spot clean with clean damp cloth only. Do not launder.
